Illusions in Time

The work is largely abstract and done with acrylic on canvas. Basically there is only form, line, and color depicting images that result from simply applying the paint and then assessing what can be deemed as progress to an image that reveals what the paint and brush application suggest.

The forms are sometimes very exacting in their shape, other times they appear more expressive, blurred, or sketchy. It is much about the mood I find myself in and the pursuit of meaning beyond simple recognition.
